House Hunters

It's no secret that I like the show "House Hunters".  For Spring Break we went to SC to look at houses. We looked at 26 houses in two days and my eyes were crossed.  We took the third day off and drove to the schools to see how far they were from where we were looking.  This helped narrow down our selections to just the final 4.  Here they are.  So which house did we choose?  I'll let you guess in the comments!

House 1:  New build in a community with patio homes.
Pros:  Great design, huge living area, large screen porch, great schools, gated community
Cons:  Hardly any yard (like 5 feet out from house), closely built to neighbors, no dining room
Loving the kitchen in this one!
 Laundry room with sink
 Nice mud room
 Master bath sink
 Jack and jill bath upstairs
 Bonus room
 House 2:
Pros:  Great Schools, spacious rooms, great yard
Cons:  Kitchen needs new cooktop (other appliances replaced but not this one), no kitchen pantry (owner was using kitchen shelves for pantry), wallpaper is not gender neutral and would need to come down.

Nice big dining room
 Great study
 Living room
 Kitchen
 Guest room bathroom
Spacious guest room with bay window!
 Jack and Jill bath
One of the secondary bedrooms with built in desk!
 House 3:
Pros:  Nice fenced yard, good schools, across the street from horse training facility (country feel)
Cons:  Schools are split, making it a long commute to each one, some bedrooms need to be painted (currently pink/purple and blue)
Nice formal dining room with inlayed wood floor
Living room area with built in's
The keeping room (this is a common room to the homes in SC).  Kind of an informal living area off of the kitchen.
 Breakfast area
 Nice kitchen
Master bedroom is spacious with bay window and doors that open to the screen porch.
Neat design to shower with multi spray body jets
 Jetted tub
 Guest room
 Guest bath
 Bonus room

Secondary bedroom with Jack and Jill bath
 House 4:
Pros:  Great schools, Huge pantry, living room and yard, baths for each bedroom, desk built into laundry room, sits on 1/2 acre lot.
Cons:  Some yard drainage issues that need to be resolved.

 Dining room
 Master bedroom
